What is a joint venture?
A joint venture (JV) is a business arrangement in which two or more parties agree to pool their resources for the purpose of investing on a specific property. Each co-venturer brings their own unique skills or resources to the investment and through the creation of a JV Agreement, all profit and returns are split according to an agreed upon percentage (i.e. 50/50, 70/30, etc.). Each Joint Venture can be customized to meet the needs of the JV parties.
